My user ID is M.A.Martin The downloaded progam is telling me that I provided the wrong user ID. When I dowloaded "tellID" it gave me the same name along with some corresponding numbers. I have e-mailed customer support with no response in over 24 hours. Is BEIKS closed on weekends?
