That can only be a browser specific problem. If you have any download accelerators or special add-on download managers please turn them off and try again. Firewalls sometimes may also cause that effect, depending on how they are configured.
Please let us know what your configuration is and if you were able to succeed by simply reconfiguring it.
Finally, drop an email to our support email and we will simply send you the file via email; but it would be very good to find out what prevents you from downloading it.
