I have nothing added to Internet Explorer 6.0 on that machine, no accelerators, no add-ons. There are multiple firewalls (both hardware and software), and they are all configured for high security.
I tried using another machine that is not nearly as tightly secured, and the download process worked perfectly on the first try.
I wish I would have realized that all I needed was to use a less secure machine for the download much earlier in the process. That never occured to me, mostly due to the comments on your web pages about bandwidth problems. Thanks for the insight!
