Dear Sir,
When BeSafe for Palm OS has a record with both Title and Name fields filled up to the limit, it does not crash while accessing it.
I do not know what the problem is or why you suspect there is one character over the limit.
Yes, there are limitations in the record size, explained in the User Manual, which is included in the Demo version, too.
What you can do is to upgrade to the last version of BeSafe for Palm OS and try to delete the record again. Or you can delete the record from BeSafe Desktop.
I will be more than happy if can provide me with exact description of how to re-create the crash situation, so we could resolve any possible problem.
