This is usually caused by broken download. Are you able to successfuly install the trial version? Please contact us directly at support@beiks.com and we may email you only the actual full version of the Pro lexicon and/or instructions how to deal with the problem.
Automated download software and bad Internet connections are the most common reasons for the problem. Downloading for a different connection, if possible, usually helps.
