This is know issue with the current Public version.
We have to apologize about it, but we never actually made it to update the Public build to 2.1, which is the latest Commercial version.
You have 2 options at the moment: * Build from within the IDE * Use older Catapult
Other than that, you can only wait until the Public build gets updated or order the Pro version. It has this (and another few) issues fixed.
