Dear customer, We have just tried an upgrade from BeSafe 1.1 to BeSafe 2.01 and it worked perfectly ok. However, there is a data conversion process between these two versions and something may have got corrupted there. Please, contact me at mandev@beiks.com with more details like your device kind and PalmOS version, so we could prevent sych problems happening again.
My advise is to re-categorize all records - in the "Edit Record" screen select "another" category for the record, then select the pro[er category and tap "OK". Try this with one or two records to see if it works.
Again, I'll appreciate some more information on this issue.
