I purchased your B dicty medical but cannot download it. After about 75 % of gets downloaded it stops and this shows up on the screen (internet explorer cannot download b dicty medical exe from www. beiks .com The connection with the server was reset) If I had known it was going to be this much trouble I would have never ordered it. I wont order anything else either and I will have my credit card co. not accept this charge for something I have never recieved. This sucks! I also e-mailed your customer support and received no answer
