Sorry to hear about your troubles, but somehow can't accept your tone.

One email has been sent to you the day you placed the order and another one has been sent to you in request of your response; none of these has been returned, so as far as we are could tell we have done the best under the situation.

Just for the record, we believe the download in interrupted by either our server (which shouldn't be) or your ISP; I have to admit you are not the first with similar problem, but unfortunately it haooens too rare and customers do not care to help us figure out once and for all if it is our server or ISP problem; about a year ago we have for sure proved one case when it was the ISP who was cutting the connection, but that proves nothing yet.

Anyway, if you kindly provide us with email that can take attachment of the size of the Medical dictionary we will surely send it there.

Mind you, your comment is answered less than an hour after it was posted on the site; we *do* care about our customers.
