I have written to you several times to try to resolve an issue I am having with your software. You asked me to email you directly at support. I received no reply. you ask that I email you directly which I did and I still haven;t heard from you. It has been 10 days now and if I don;t hear from you soon I will direct my Credit card company to cancel the charge. I have send all the info and the trouble I am having twice to your email account.
