Well it either got lost on its way to us or our reply got lost on its way to you. *All* emails we get are being answered, I guarantee that.
Write directly to me at kolev[a]beiks.com (replace the [a] with @ to construct valid email address) and then post here again so I know you have sent the email.
It might be that our email server mistakenly classifies the email as spam and deletes it; it might be that it had reached support (which might be different person than me) and the response got lost for similar or other reason.
