I lost all the information on my handheld, PalmVX recently including the English Pro dictionary that I bought thru handango. I have downloaded it back again, but after performing the hotsync it is not showing on my screen whilst it shows on the memory. What am I doing wrong? I did not have any problems the first time I bought it last year. Thanks Reggie
