There are two components for the dictionary you have ordered:
~ BDicty Dictionary Reader - this is the shell program file for the dictionary. It has extension PRC (e.g. BDicty.prc). ~ Lexicon - language database, file with extension PDB (e.g. EnglishPro.pdb)
You have installed on your device only the lexicon file and now you need to download and install BDicty Dictionary Reader.
