I am afraid it will not work on N710/N760 devices; they do have MP3 capabilities indeed, but those are implemented in a very specific ways, which make them inappropraite for development and distribution. Especially knowing both models have been terminated already.
While on the topic, the same is the situation with the latest smartphone from Kyocera; it is OS 4.1 based, it is polyphonic and it can play MP3, but it can not use the phrasebooks.
Sorry to say it, but that is the situation.
