You *are* the first to report such problem. We believe there must have been something wrong with the configuration at your end as BDicty definitely works well on the T|C devices we've tested.
Please follow-up with our support email so we can work together in figuring out what the problem might have been.
I know it may sound like a cliche, but we *indeed* do not believe it might be a BDicty problem for many many reasons, mostly the very long program history on the Palm OS platform; of course we never rule out a possibility that something might be wrong with it, but again, technically this is not something we'd expect to happen within Palm OS up to 5.x or even 6.x (from what we know about it).
