We believe this issue is caused by a combination of two factors: the currently active user does not have sufficient access rights (i.e. Administrative rights) and a problem in our installation program which gets affected by this even though it should not.
An updated version of the file with fixed installer should be posted within 24 hours, but it can also be worked around by logging with administrative rights and then running the installation again.
