I have had numerous problems with exe installation files not installing properly with the Tungsten C and the new Palm Desktop/Quick install tool. I don't think it is a Beiks problem, I think that Palm changed the install parameters and this is throwing off many an installation program.
If you install manually with the zip files, rather than the exe files, there should not be a problem. (I just did it with no problem).
