The Russian dictionary bundle requires a Cyrillic Localization kit. You need such in order to write and see the Cyrillic letters properly on your Palm's screen.
Depending on what is the Palm OS version of your PDA, you could use our InterType (for Palm OS 5.x) or PalmType (for Palm OS 3.x and 4.x) application.
