We are very sorry to hear about your problems. Without having your order number we can not quite help you, if only because we can not secure proper unlocking code for you, nor do we know where to send it.
I can only assure you that all emails we receive are promptly answered in the order they are received, usually the same day. Please make another try over email.
Also, which Woman link fails for you? I just verified and they all seem to be fine. Note that some download accellerators, antivirus packages and/or proxy servers may cause the effect you are experiencing. This has been covered in the forum before.
