I emailed to the support department however haven't heard back yet. I know, I know...you asked that we please be sure we knew what we were entering when we entered our info for the Owner Identification field during order placement. I, like many others didn't pay attention and entered the wrong info. Can you help to have this reset? We are leaving for out of country soon and need to be able to download program. Order #BKS04083019245743. Thanks!
