From the sound of it, you have not installed the dictionary reader application itself.
You can download and install the public version of BDicty Dictionary Reader from www.beiks.com/bdicty.
It is also possible that you have ordered the Pro version of it as either standalone product or as a part of a dictionary bundle - you may want to double check that.
