The most - if not the only - reason for that would be that the Palm User Name you have provided when placing the order was not correct.
Go to http://www.beiks.com/mystuff and use the link for figuring out the Palm User Name (Owner ID for Palm OS); for best result, download the TellID application mentioned there and send our support the output it displays as instructed there.
