En-Sp Dict. on Blackberry, cant do 2.55 update

Ok, I have a Balckberry that I cannot get the 2.55 upgrade on the English to Spanish dictionary to install. Every time I try to do it, I get a "device out of space" error, but there is plenty of space.

Also, the 2.5 version.. it seems to be only one way... english to spanish. how do you switch?
