If Desktop Manager says there is not enough space then most likely this is the case. It may have different ideas on what is "enough" than you, for example it may need *twice* as much space during installation. Unlikely, but possible, I am afraid I do not know for sure.

At any rate we recommend that you uninstall the old version from the device prior to installing an update. And if it was installed then the update should be possible to install - there aren't significant differences between the two, particularily in size.

On your second question - if you had only bought an English-Spanish dictionary then you will not have a Spanish-English one. They are two separate databases, separated for two main reasons: first, at the time of releasing the dictionary most BlackBerries could not actually afford to have both installed. People had to choose the one they would need more (which often actually matches their needs). Second, the two dictionaries are actually indeed separate works; they are not what many other applications for other platforms present as a "dictionary" - a word for word link between the two languages.
