It is more likely that for some reason the local cache of your computer is always returning the same corrupt copy. If the file on our server was corrupt we would have gotten lots of similar reports.
Anyway, sorry to hear you have that problem.
Probably the easiest workaround would be to contact the BEIKS support via email; they will be sending you either a different link or (probably better) the file itself.
