First, make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest Woman Calenar to your device. It is available at http://www.beiks.com/woman.
Onec you install and run it, it should show you the registration screen, which contains your Palm User Name.
Send that to us so we compare it with the one we have on file.
The most possible reason why the program would reject registration is if the Palm User Name we have on file does not match that on the device.
