En2RusPhr and Ger2ItaPhr with Palm Tungsten T

Hi, I have both, En2RusPhr and Ger2ItaPhr installed on my Palm Tungsten T; it works good, but up from the second categorie I can´t get the sound for the phrases; I´ll get the message "The sound resource for this phrase counld not be found". But the sound works in the first categorie (this error is the same for both languages). Who can help? Thanks a lot in advance, HS
