Sorry to hear about your troubles!

We have some bad news and some good news.

The bad news is that at the time being we are not able to confirm any compatibilty of WSFA with IPAQ 2755 in particular. We simply do not have that device to test with.

Now for the good news:

While not immediately able to confirm compliance with IPAQ 2755, we can confirm we expect WSFA to be fully functional on it as it was heavily tested on the Windows Mobile 5 simulator as well as the Dell Axim x50v/x51v series featuring Windows Mobile 5.

Given the little application dependancy from OS specific features as well as the Windows Mobile backward compatibility history we would expect that WSFA would run without issues on any other Windows Mobile 5 based handheld.

That said, we just *did* update the WSFA application with some minor UI corrections. Although it should not affect behaviors like the one you report it would be a good idea to uninstall the copy in iPAQ and replace it with a fresh download from http://www.beiks.com/wsfa. To uninstall WSFA you would first need to close it, which you do explicitly through the "Program" menu. (remember, on Windows Mobile you never close the program otherwise, it always stays in the background.)

Please let us know the outcome.

We are as impatient to get this working as you must be.
