To the best of our knowledge there is no universal solution to your need as of January 2006.
There are good reasons for that, both technical and business.
Instead of going in details it should suffice to say that a single device-only application would not be sufficient if you want to use corporate address book and email.
RIM is aware of the problem and promises to address it in upcoming updates of both the BlackBerry core OS and server components.
