The only title we have on file for the email you state is an English<->Spanish dictionary. Is that what you mean?

If the device does not like the code then one of the following is happening:

a) you have given us an incorrect PIN number; if the PIN is different from what your device reports to the program, then the activation code will not work The most common mistake here is people confusing "0" and "D" or mistakenly omitting or entering an extra character in the PIN when placing the order.

b) you are not entering the activation code properly, e.g. you are missing the dashes in it
