From the sound of it, it should be easy to correct.
It raises, however, an interesting question: although probably easily fixable, this is the kind of change which will suck resources from BEIKS, more in QC and subsequent support than [likely] in actual development, but nonetheless...in a highly competitive market as the mobile software one has become it all matters.
Cutting to the chase, since this is likely not a program flaw, but a lack of support required by newer generation Palm handheds (namely the "focus" concept support, which the T3 lacked), would you, as a user, find acceptable the idea of having to pay for upgrade?
Yes we are clearly aware you would prefer not to, but if you agree with the above logic then conclusion is somewhat logical too...
If yes, then what do you think would be a fair price?
If not then why not?
