Obviously I want a product that works and works well. If paying for an upgrade is the only way to get that then so be it. The upgrade cost for a small fix such as this should be minimal (say $5US or less), otherwise there's every chance I, and others, would start exploring other vendours products. I understand there is a good freeware product available that is similar to BeilsFind. Inertia has stopped me from looking for it so far, but a high price for an upgrade would likely overcome that inertia. Hope that is of some help.
