Woman Upgrade- (I'm not receiving your emails)

Dear Customer Service,

I never received any notices or warnings about the Woman software Dec.2005 cutoff -- I discovered the problem myself after multiple PDA crashes. I sent an email to you at that time but did not receive any reply... either your emails do not get to me, or mine do not get to you (or both) -- From reading some of the forum posts it seems other people also do not get your emails so I won't take it personally ;-)

HERE'S MY QUESTION: I would like to purchase an upgrade to the new version of Woman. However, I don't know what my original registration code was, and since I change email addresses frequently I have no way of knowing which one I used at the time. I CAN supply my palm user ID, name, address, and telephone numbers, which have not changed.

The challenge right now is how to communicate this (sensitive data) with you -- Should I contact you by phone or fax? -- if so, please supply the phone/fax number I should use.
