Either the email has not made it through OR it has been considered lower priority and left for Monday when, after all, support officially comes to work.

I wouldn't call that unusual, but I can assure you I personally answered some of the emails in the support box that seemed like needing urgent assistance (e.g. leaving tomorrow, my file doesn't work).

While I understand it does not feel good to be classified as a second level priority, let me remind you these web posts are being exchanged over the weekend and there is no guarantee your email has reached us in a first place.
