since installing BDicty (main prc on the treo 650 ram and the dict and thes on the card i have noticed a file in my list of RAM files called " EnPron" ...

i ONLY noticed it after installing Bdicty ... not before ... can you pls confirm that this is a BDicty file or database and advise me what it is for ... i would like to delete it if i can ..i do not use th edict to add my own words ... just to look up existing ones

i am paranoid about keeping my pda "clean" ...i have searched the manual for any reference to this ...

the only data i can find is this paragraph ...

QUOTE: A useful application installation consists of minimum of two files: 1) the application program itself and 2) one or more dictionary data files. Depending on the type of dictionary data file being installed, there may be a need for more files; for example, a talking dictionary would also require a data file with voice pronounciations. Thus, for talking phrasebooks, the user needs to install at least THREE files. Also, starting with verison 5.5 of the program, an English Transcriptions data file may accompany the program intsallations; if that file is installed, the program will display transcriptions for more complex English words.www.beiks.com 10 END QUOTE

i think if it is a bdicty file it should be referenced in teh manual ....
