Sorry to hear about your troubles.
If we have received your email then we have certainly answered it. There are at least 2-3 similar emails a day, so there is nothing that would slow our response down.
Still, sometimes emails get lost on their way to us or on the way back...and here comes the forum.
If you can't get us to via email, just post the order number here and then the proper owner ID.
Once we get it updated and resolved we'll post here and let you know about it, then delete the posting in a short while.
