This is a known issue, which is mostly, if not only, observed when using some 3rd party or carrier browsers.
BEIKS makes its tests with the original BlackBerry browser and you should not be having the problem with it.
In any case, this is a browser/carrier specific issue; most likely certain browsers and/or proxy servers are not capable of handling content over certain size and this is what is causing the problem.
You could try a different browser and/or install via desktop.
