  About Blockout
Everybody knows that game. With its simple and yet terribly addictive manner, Blockout is probably the most popular console game ever made. There is hardly any computer platform for which it is not available.

The rules: Seven different shaped blocks fall down the game field one after the other. The object of the game is to keep the blocks from piling up to the top of the game field. To do this, you can move blocks to the left and right, and rotate them as they fall. If you can completely fill in one horizontal line, that line disappears and you get points. If the blocks pile up to the top of the game field, then that's the end of the game. Blockout is simple, easy-to-understand, but difficult to drag yourself away from!

  Legal notice
This Blockout implementation is based on open sources and examples available in the public domain. The game should not be confused with other similar products from other vendors, namely the ones developed for and licensed by Tetris Company or their affiliates. If you are interested in games from this company you should refer to it.
